Sales Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: '¢ Formulate and implement sales policy with top management and other departments. '¢ Implement and monitor credit control policy in collaboration with management direction. '¢ Formulate and implement sales plans and strategy to increase company's sales turnover with existing customers at a maximum profit. '¢ Sales growth projection for customers and execute the plan to ensure fulfilment and surpassing the plan. '¢ Perform costing and pricing for new enquiry for existing or new customers. '¢ Formulate plans and measure in collaboration with quality department to fulfil and increase customer total satisfaction. '¢ Formulate strategy and action plan in collaboration with other department for customer retention. '¢ Work with quality and production department for customer problems handling and solving. '¢ Ensure good delivery service, planning, coordination and management for increased margin and improved competitive advantage. '¢ Oversee the departmental activities, new customers development and set individual account targeted sales turnover. REQUIREMENTS: '¢ At least 5 years working experience in carton industry '¢ Highly independent, initiative and results-oriented.We remain committed to focus on customer satisfaction through quality products and customer service, ensuring supply reliability, benchmarking performance. We manufacture paper boards, various design of corrugated boxes, paper pallets and other paper related product upon customer request.Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
