Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the annual Business Plan, Hotel Budget and Marketing Plan. Cultivate strong client relationships through attention to detail, promptly follow up, and demonstrating empathy for customer perceptions and needs while maintaining professionalism. Generate periodic sales reports that highlight sales volume, potential sales, and proposed client base expansion areas. Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments. Engage in prospecting activities, manage incoming leads, and successfully close sales. Facilitate clients familiarization with hotel facilities. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a multinational organization, with a proven track record in sales. Proficiency in preparing RFP's (Request for Proposal), MICE and group contracts/ B2B contracting. Self- driven and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong influencing abilities and adeptness in handling internal and external customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and respect for others.  Familiarity with Opera systems is advantageous.
