Manage and lead Sales, Business Development and Customer Service team to deliver company financial and non-financial targets in collaboration with the Business Units. Areas of Responsibility Results: 1. Deliver Monthly and Annual Net Revenue and Gross Margin targets by business unit and key customer (joint accountability with Business Development (Sales Executive) and Customer Services Personnel). 2. Achieve annual customer satisfaction targets. 3. Ensure customers payment are on track within your control. Operational Management: 1. Ensure that Sales Executives and Customer Service Personnel can effectively represent the full scope of BVAQ's services to customers. 2. Ensure that the Customer Services Team provide outstanding service to customers and can efficiently and effectively coordinate queries and resolve complaints. Customer Relationships: 1. Establish networks with key customers and potential customers, as well as stakeholders such as industry associations. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. 2. Ensure that BVAQ is recognised as the industry leader in service and performance. 3. Lead the establishment and maintenance of trading terms with key customers. 4. Ensure that the CRM system (SalesForce) is fully utilised to maintain comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date customer information. 5. Represent the customer's voice internally. Communication: 1. Ensure that the Business Development and Customer Service teams maintain open, transparent, and effective lines of dialogue with other departments, particularly Operations and Business Units. 2. Ensure that the Business Development and Customer Service Teams keep the Business units informed and aligned with all significant activities and initiatives. 3. Ensure that all customer plans are developed in conjunction with relevant Operations and Laboratory managers. 4. Build a relationship of trust and collaboration between Business Development, Customer Service, and the other Business units. Planning: 1. Contribute to annual strategic planning and budget development. 2. Development and execution of annual sales plan in line with company strategic plan and budget. 3. Ensure that all planning embeds a commercial approach and recognises the interdependencies between departments. 4. Ensure that customer business reviews are conducted according to BVAQ and customer expectations. 5. Develop an on-going sales forecasting process, establish and maintain an accurate rolling sales forecast in line with operational lead times and requirements. Qualifications: Min 6 years working experience Degree in any business / commerce / international marketing graduate are preferred. A good leader who is ability to coach and advise the team member in the relevant areas. Good personality skills and ability to communicate well with all level of people.
