Job description Our client is a well-known name in the pharmaceutical industry, and is looking for a Hospital Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing sales across private hospital channels. Key Responsibilities: Leading and training the sales team to achieve the company's business objectives. Analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities to optimize profitability and resource allocation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the private healthcare sector.Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and supply chain. Monitoring the sales team's business activities and preparing business forecasts and reports. Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science/Pharmacy, or any related field. 5-7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales across private hospital sectors. Team-leading or people management experience.Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Ability to travel.
