We provide consultation mainly on life insurance, investment, education plan, retirement plan, income protection, and general insurance. Our branch offices are located at Damansara Intan, Kajang, Taiping, Ipoh, Kota Bharu, Kemaman and Kuantan.**We Offer**:**Pru Venture Manager with a bridging income ranging from RM8,000.00 to RM10,000.00****Required Skills**:- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must- Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value- Ability to work in a team environment- Good interpersonal skills- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage**Job Scope**:- Sales and Marketing- Recruiting new team members- Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.- Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am- Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings**Education**:- Must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)- Preferable with Diploma/Degree/MBA in Banking/ Finance / Marketing- Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value**License**:- Must possess own transport, at least a motorcycle or a driving license**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Flexible hours- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
