With over 50 years of experience and workforce of over 2600 in Malaysia and Vietnam, as part of our expansion plans we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.**Job Description**:Lead and manage the operation of the assigned branch to achieve or exceed the sales target set forth by the company to ensure returns. Drive effective and efficient execution of the entire sales cycle, including timely collection, reduce credit risk & improve customer relationships.**Principle Accountabilities**:- Lead, manage and drive the branch to achieve and grow sales volume and contribution target set in the assigned region.- Ensure sales order processing as per standard credit facility evaluation and comply to process as prescribed by financial processes in JDE.- Timely collection of payment to manage within the approved credit limit and terms, evaluate and recommend any change to credit limit to the management, Where there are defaulters, identify potential solution and recommend to management for consideration.- Monitor market information on product / services pricing, market size, competition, to report and identify potential actions to be taken to the Management.- Monitor quality of products (cargo) to customer, assume the role as the focal point to evaluate and handle complaint from customer, while liaising effectively with the plant to resolve issues raised.- Execute good CRM with close communication with customer to develop workable effective customer relationship to ensure customer retention.- Develop New Business opportunities and evaluate potential new customers to expand portfolio and drive sales volume.- Develop competency of the workforce at the branch through guidance, feedback and coaching to drive high level of performance at the branch and organisation.- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other business related disciplined- Independently mobile and able to travel to customer location within the area assigned (Southern Peninsular Malaysia)Additional Information**MFM is honored to receive the following awards**:- **2021**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2020**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2019**- Human Resources Asia Recruitment Awards 2019, Best Onboarding Experience (Bronze)- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 (Malaysia Edition)- ** 2018**- HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018 (Malaysia Edition)
