To promote and to sell ExecuJet MRO Services Group's services (Asia and Australasia) to clients based in Asia region- Ensure the ExecuJet MRO Services Group capabilities are adequately marketed within the Asia Pacific region.- Ensure annual sales target given is achieved.- Conduct active market analysis to identify new opportunities all the time.- Develop and maintain an effective marketing and sales strategy.- Attend airshows and any business aviation forums as necessary to promote the Company's presence.- Identify potential clients in the region and establish contacts to maintain relationship.- Identify maintenance requirements from prospective clients and provide timely maintenance proposals.- Develop and drive a strategy to achieve annual sales targets.- Monitor and provide inputs to other departments for any improvements in business processes.- Maintain a healthy client relationship management practices.- Customer relationship management through regular visits, meetings and engagement.- Monitor and ensure that customer receives regular feedback on on-going maintenance work.- Customer feedback is analyzed, and shortcomings identified.- Managing of debtors and collection of receipts from clients.- Cross sell MRO services for other MRO companies within the Dassault MRO Network to clients in Asia.- Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting in conjunction with Finance department**QUALIFICATIONS****Essential**:- At least five (5) years' sales experience in aircraft MRO industry OR similar technical industry.- Holds a bachelor's degree in aviation or related field.- Microsoft Office products knowledge- Good command of English (writing and speaking).- Strong technical knowledge.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Energetic and committed.- Team player.- Results driven.- Moderate to heavy travelling in Asia required.- Prior experience working in Asia in client interfacing role is an added advantage
