Sales & Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:As a Sales Advisor (B2C) at TK Window Film, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with homeowners. You will be responsible for- Proactively reaching out to homeowners in your assigned territory and generating leads- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and educating them about the benefits of our window film solutions- Conducting in-home consultations, showcasing product samples, and providing accurate quotes- Collaborating with homeowners to recommend and customize window film solutions based on their specific requirements- Closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process- Working closely with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve company objectives**Requirements**:- To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the home improvement or related industry- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with homeowners- Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate window film solutions- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Self-motivated and able to work independently
