Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To generate new leasing leads for prospective tenants.- To create content for marketing events, campaigns and activities with presentation of strategies and ideas to the Management.- To prepare any necessary leasing documents.- To maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants.- To oversee the execution of the approved events, campaigns and activities.- To study and research on current market trends and competitors' (malls) activities while ensuring that the Mall's plan meets the changing needs of the market.- To source potential external partners to participate in the Mall's events and activities.- To organize corporate responsibility events, press conferences, launchings, tours and visits.- To monitor and prepare report on the progress and effectiveness of marketing campaigns that were organised for/in the Mall.- To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma holder.- Minimum 3 years work experience in relevant field is preferred.- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill.- Able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.- Must be independent, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated with a positive attitude.- Persuasive and good negotiation skills.- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
