Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To develop goals & objectives & to lead team members.- To prepare, propose & execute marketing plan, budgets & progress report.- To promote & sell company products & service ie. guest rooms, conference and function facilities to individual, corporate, government sector, industrial, travel agent & associations.- To monitor, maintain corporate clients accounts & prepare clientele analysis.- To follow-up on clients requests, feedback & provide prompt outstanding service.- To ensure smooth running of all functions & events.- To maintain existing & expand new account with aggressive sales & marketing strategies.- To survey / research competitors products & services & prepare proposal.- To maintain a good rapport with clients.Requirement:- Proven track record in hospitality industry.- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions.- Preferably specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent.- Good leadership & time management skills.- Good interpersonal & communication skills.- Matured : self-motive; positive attitude; strong network.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.- Process own transport & valid driving license.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonus
