Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company.- Track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.- Manage marketing budgets and analyze trends.- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.- Able to do multitask & ad hoc task if required by times to times.- Talkative & attractive person- Willing to travel & overtime if required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:complete vaccine**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales and Marketing Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
