Position: Sales & Marketing Manager**Salary**: RM 5,000 - RM 6,000Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMWorking Days: Saturday - ThursdayLocation: Kota Bharu Kelantan.**Job Description**:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales goals.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including the expansion of the customer base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote company products and enhance brand visibility.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.- Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings.- Foster strong collaboration between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving business objectives.- Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
