Sales & Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager

Job Description :
• To market Industrial Hire Purchase product to existing customer and new prospect. • To lead, train, coach and discipline credit and marketing executive. • To ensure policies and procedures of the company are followed correctly to avoid risk; and also ensure that the credibility of the company is upheld by enforcing professional standard of operation in team. • To collaborate with head of other business units to develop best practices for successful company’s operation. • To develop and maintain good business relationship with existing and prospective customers and suppliers. • To ensure personal and team KPIs given by company are met. • To ensure confidentiality of all protected information. • To conduct ongoing review on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
Required work experience :
•Bachelor Degree holder or above in Economic / Business Administration related • Responsible & mature person with over 5 years working experience in business development and marketing field, customer service and dealer referral business or other related fields, have face-to-face interaction experience with customer and dealer is a must. • Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers’ / dealers’ complaints. • Able to cultivate marketing potentials and develop new products. • In-depth experience in executing and monitoring marketing activities. • Patient, pleasant, good inter-communication skill & eager to help others, with an outgoing character and outdoor job is required. • Fluent in English. • Independent correspondence and have good report writing skills. • Experience in data processing and knowledge of Microsoft software. • Self-motivated, outgoing personality and can work under pressure and overtime work is required.
