Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Contributes information, ideas and research to help develop marketing strategies.- Follow up with customer with their order status and payment.- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.- Assist Marketing department in e-commerce part by managing social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok shop.- Require creating and scheduling social media postings and do live broadcasts.- Assist in sample preparation upon customer request.- Assist HR department in sample/goods delivery via courier service/ lalamove.- Assist Director to generate and coordinate all sales order, ensure ordered goods have enough quantity and in good condition upon delivery.- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary.- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.**Job Responsibility & Requirement.**- Required to assist and join events, exhibitions and also get involved in the preparation.- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.- High level communication and networking skills.- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Inggeris (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/28/2024
