Sales Officer

Job Responsibility You will be in charge of driving the growth of the company via on the ground lead generation and telemarketing efforts.You will manage a team of on the ground staff and telemarketing staff to achieve sales targets.You are expected to work closely with senior management to define and implement the companyâs sales strategy. Day-to-Day Review of sales figures, identification of factors affecting growth and churn of sales Analysis of data points to prove or disprove the factors identified Review of day-to-day performance of staff reporting to you Collaboration with other departments to launch and fine-tune company-level business projects Job Requirements Ability to communicate and persuade over phone calls and text messages (understanding of what the customerâs concerns are and addressing them smoothly) Management ability – familiarity with local staffâs concerns and able to manage them to achieve company goals Collaborative approach to solving problems Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, data.
