Job Description Responsibilities:-? Developing, implementing, monitor and maintain an efficient and good customer service, working with all departments and tenants to execute an excellent customer service and support.
Ownership of the overall Sales Operations which consist of Sales Operations, Sales Admin, Customer Service organization, managing the customer experience providing outstanding service to clients or guest around a variety of products and services.
Provides leadership and strategic planning to all related departments? in support of company?s service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
To manage and lead a team of Customer Service Executives, Sales Admin, Sales operations, Sales team to be customer-oriented and to ensure appropriate training to the team in order to perform their daily duties includes responding to service requests, inquiries, complaints, brief and recommend services / promotions / brochures etc.
Manage subordinates and the floor daily activities of? the operational, sales support function, to build a great team that cultivates a high performing culture. Set a systematic approach will result in fewer errors and greater achievements for the Company as a whole.
Set up, align, standardization, monitor, measure and prepare SOP, KPI and other related documentation by working closely with other departments. Pro-actively review and identify areas for improvements in each assigned project to ensure a scalable and sustainable business is achieved
To follows and applies policies & procedures as well as develop necessary SOP on site or floor for the department, as well as organizes and follows up on systems together with the team that all policies & procedures, SOP are reviewed every year in their entirety
A Sales Operations Manager?s role must be fully grasped to ensure each aspect of the sales effort is operation efficiently, resulting in the maximum profit for the team and at the same time the most benefit in return and best outcome for the customer
Build good relationship with clients or guest to promote the Company?s products and services and regularly communicate and update the program / offer / promotion / event to guest or clients.
Plan, organize, lead and monitor progress in order to achieve Company?s objectives. Plan strategies to maintain customers? loyalty and retention.
Translates customer requirements into specific tasks for all functional areas and proactively capture, track and drive all issues to closure.
Formulate, implement and provide strong customer service strategic directions and procedure to ensure customer service functions are effectively managed and develop.
Managing the entire customer service line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, servicing prospective customers and follow up business opportunities.? Team work with other divisions to capture business growth potential.??????????
Maintains positive working relationships and collaboration with partners, customers and tenants to ensure information transfer and operational cooperation.
To immediate advice the top management on corrective actions or measures intended and identified to counter attack drop in revenue or common complaints brought forward by clients or guests
To constantly maintain and improve quality of service in overall areas in order to remain competitive, improving clients experience and securing new business
Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Sales, Marketing, Communication, Management
Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
