Job Responsibility Greet and Welcome Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the establishment, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via whatsapp, providing accurate information about products, services, and pricing. Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and bookings, ensuring efficient utilization of time slots and resources. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales: Actively promote products or services to customers, upselling or cross-selling where appropriate to meet sales targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of products or services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as processing payments, maintaining customer records, and preparing sales reports. Front Office Operations: Manage front desk operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and directing visitors to appropriate personnel or departments. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases or services and to encourage repeat business. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as sales associates, managers, and support staff, to ensure seamless operations and provide assistance as needed. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including daily sales summaries, inventory reports, and customer feedback, to management. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales transactions, customer privacy, and security protocols. Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events or marketing campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the front office and sales operations. Job Requirements Education: Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in sales or hospitality is a plus. Languages: Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front office operations, or sales roles is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively handle inquiries and concerns. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively promote products or services and close sales deals. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and handle multiple priorities efficiently. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling appointments, transactions, and customer information. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing environments and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute positively to the overall atmosphere of the workplace. Multitasking and able to work under pressure.
