Sales & Purchasing Executive

REQUIREMENTS:- Preferably those with 1-2 years of working experiences in manufacturing industry- Ability to write and speak in English fluently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good interpersonal, good communication and negotiation skills- Understanding of Supply Chain, Tax and Customs Procedures- Highly organized and detail orientedJOB DESCRIPTIONS:- Ensure sales and purchasing system operate reliably and correctly on a daily basis- Review customer requirements and receive customer complaints- Receive orders, process and organise deliveries- Coordinate and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations- To present company profile to potential customers- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects- Prepare sales contract for order and handle transportation arrangement- Maintaining high standard of customer services by handling all inquiries or feedbacks in a timely manner- To deal with supplier on product related issue, negotiate on pricing- Liaise with other department to complete the whole purchasing cycle- Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery to avoid any shortages- Perform and juggle the following job scopes (Quotation, PO, Delivery Schedule and Invoice)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/04/2023
