Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for providing quality sales plans & strategies, support and business development.- To maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.- To carry out daily job duties such as performing telemarketing calls, securing appointment, pitching sales presentation as well as following up clients and data entry of daily activities updates- To be part of a dynamic team and increase the organization's market share by penetrating new markets which may contribute to revenue, sustainbility and profitbility objective- To submit periodic weekly/monthly sales reports and to project forecasted sales as per specifies timeline- To collabrate with Interdepartmental and discuss closely with all level of people to ensure client's expectation and objectives are met- To participate on behalf of the company in exhibition or conference- To build and enhance good relationship with customer to achieve customer satisfaction- Responsible for perform analysis of business challenges, market requirements and identifying sales opportunity.- Responsible to assist in all phases of the selling process to ensure customers' satisfaction.- Responsible for providing technical support during and after the selling process.- To contribute to team efforts and assisting any ad-hoc tasks given as and when required.- To provide overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives in cultivating solid relationship with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
