Sales Specialist Role

1 - 3 years experience, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce
Able to speak English and Mandarin Fluently

• Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurant partners by establishing contact to inform on monthly marketing updates from the targeted list given and
proactively identify further new business opportunities
• Familiar with all aspects of the business model and the online food ordering market
• Required to close new subscription (sign-up) and gather feedback on the product for successful past month subscription or ask questions and gather objections for any
unsuccessful subscription
• Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
• Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet Monthly KPI elements
