Sales Supervisor

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- At least 2-3 years of experiences in **FMCG industry**:- Able to communicate in **Mandarin**:- Can lead the team- **Coverage area : MALACCA & NS**:- Based at Malacca, but able to travel to NS upon requested- Vacancy - 1**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives- Supervise sales representatives and assistants- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics- Meet all sales quotas and goals- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
