Sales Supervisor Needed Fashion Retail Industry

**:- Multi-Nasional Company (MNC) - Retail Industry****JOB DESCRIPTION**:- To assist the Sales Manager in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities.- Provide high standard of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable, welcome and courteously served.- Assist the Sales Manager in working with the Visual Merchandising Department to ensure that the items planned to be promoted are given priority of display within the department.- Communicate all sales information and promotions to staff members to ensure sale prices and promotions are going through the cash till correctly.- Monitor and ensure the staff maintain a high level of grooming standard and customer service. (Adhere to legal and company regulations, and policies).- To provide training and staff development needs, supervise and motivate staff, setting and maintaining high standards.- To count money in cash drawers and calculate total payments/refunds received.
