**Responsibilities**:- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office and responsible for maintaining records so it is up-to-date and organised in soft copy and hard copy. Able to handle input data for Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice. Experience in cloud base accounting software such as Quickbooks is a bonus.
