Sales Support Executive

Perform on commercial processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, exportation process, documentations and delivery of order.- Organize transportation activities and manage shipments are smoothly arrange as per goods readiness by communicate closely with customer, shipping agent and forwarder.- Follow up payment from customer in timely manner.- Coordinate investigation of customer's request/complaints regarding product issues or delivery issues.- Assist sales manager in executing and achieving their territory and market business plans.- Manage status of order received and forecasts accordingly.- Identify and communicate customer's needs and sales opportunities to help growth by follow up with potential customer.**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Sales support: 1 year (preferred)- FMCG: 1 year (preferred)
