Sales Support Specialist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Prepare, process and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.- Liaise with logistics team on delivery of goods to customers.- Ensure all stamped delivery orders are being processed for invoices.- Sales of company products to active and potential customers.- Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers and transporters.- Assist Project Team in ensuring all goods will be delivered on time as and when needed.- Ensure proper record filing and documentation of reports.- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Added advantage).- SPM/Diploma or equivalent.- Preferably minimum 1-2 years' working experience in machinery/hardware/ similar field.- Strong attention to detail.- Result-oriented and have the ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.- Able to work as a team and independently.- Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Free parking**Schedule**:- Day shift**Working hours**:- Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30- Saturday: 08:30 - 16:00**Supplemental pay types**:- Performance bonus- Attendance bonus**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- How many years of relevant work experience (machinery/hardware industry) do you have?
