Salesforce Developer

Job Description Job Description: Work with Product Owner team to analyze, design, develop, maintain and enhance Salesforce application for our customer.
Involve in application development activity such as requirement study, coding, integration and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting development.
Collaborate closely with Development Team to integrate with our core application
Perform Production Fixes, as and when required
Perform End-user training
Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting manager
Skills and Knowledge required:-
Salesforce app development on Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce governance limits and best practices
Ability to analyze and understand complex business rules and process flow
Salesforce certification will be added advantage

Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
Able to work independently as well as in a team to resolve customer problems
Language(s): English (mandatory) and Mandarin (mandatory- candidates required to support CHINA customers)
