We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.**If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.****About The Role**As a technical team leader and the solution owner of all SAP development items, including forms, reports, and any custom solutions.- Evaluating all business requirements and coming up with customized solutions- Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize impact to performance.**Roles And Responsibilities**- Proactively identify changes in SAP technology and recommend updates and directions to stay current.- Build and develop the technical team to adopt SAP emerging technologies including ABAP for SAP HANA (including CDS and AMDP), SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway and OData Services- Drive the transformation of traditional ABAP programs from legacy SAP ECC architecture to modern S/4HANA architecture.- Define the development, integration, and reporting strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals- Participate in the pre-implementation process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, estimate costs, allocate resources, and present recommendations.- Work with other technical teams on the proposition of each technical component (e.g. PowerBI)- Promote the adoption of out-of-the-box solution to maximize the value of the purchased software- Provide expert advice and direction IT techniques and best practices- Estimate ABAP development efforts, providing justification of the resource allocation and project planning.- Establish and enforce the coding and development standard- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions from 3rd party suppliers- Ensure developed solutions are maintained and supported in line with AIA Group IT standards.**Minimum Job Requirements****Education**:- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required**Technical skills**:- 8+ years' experience on SAP ABAP development; 4+ years experience on SAP S/4HANA- Deep understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA.- Experience with SAP software development tools and technologies such as ABAP, BW, Cloud Integration, PI/PO, SAPUI5, Fiori, and HANA.- Experience of at least 5 full cycle SAP implementation projects, with at least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion or transformation project**Management and Leadership skills**:- Proven track record of leading teams of internal and external developers, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within budget.- Able to set priorities, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve project goals**Communication skills**:- Maintain professional attitude and skills in presentation, workshop facilitation, oral and written communication.- Present complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others to consider your point of view- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives._**Salary**: From RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Are you comfortable working in office for 4 days and working at home for 1 day?- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status?- What is your expected monthly basic salary in MYR?- Do you have experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion or transformation project?**Experience**:- SAP ABAP: 8 years (required)
