We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.**About The Role**- Provide day-to-day operations and functional support to GFS team on FAM, CM, BCM related matters including but not limited to incidents and change request.- Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Managing and handling Project deliverables and meet the agreed timelines.- Managing production incidents request and meet the agreed service level agreement.- Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline.- Have experience in preparing documentation e.g., functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc.- Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.- Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region.- Solution Manager usage as per change management policy processes- Working closely with FAM, CM & BCM Functional team & technical team**Job Requirements**:- University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline- Relevant SAP certifications- 5-8 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region- Relevant experience in implementing IFRS solutions- Strong understanding of Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management module in the areas of Transaction manager, MRA- Have experienced implementing various Product types for money market, securities, derivatives, forex- Able to implement FAM, CM, BCM module for new company code- FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large investment operation user base- SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture- Good communication & presentation skills- Good problem solving and analytical skills- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives._**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have technical system support experience in SAP FAM / BCM / CM module?- What is your expected monthly basic salary in MYR?- Are you comfortable working 4 days in office and working 1 day at home?**Experience**:- SAP FAM: 5 years (required)- Cash Management: 5 years (required)- Treasury: 5 years (required)
