Job DescriptionSupport day-to-day operations for scheduling systemsWorking closely with users and vendors to convert business requirements into detailed system requirements and conceptual designsConduct technical review, impact analysis/design, creating and executing unit / module tests for solutions.Managing the system lifecycle and supplier relationship for applicationsProactively working on giving ideas to the manager on improving the solutions and business processes.Active implementation of new system updates or modifications.Assists with and provides input to the design, development and maintenance of detailed schedules for implementation, developmental and operational systemsOther duties will be help support the scheduling team in managing the inventory using Navitaire/ Skyschedule system & ARMS or duty as assignedRequirements 2+ years' experience in program or project management.Understanding of airline operations and IT side aspects of it.Must have the ability to work well with others in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision, be results oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow through.Intermediate Excel skillsExemplary skills in communication and influencing othersDemonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities/ tasks.Navitaire Newskies, ARMS/ any other Schedule planning system, SQL, Windows server, installation and maintenance, networking and system troubleshootingWe are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
