Duty and Responsibilities:- Monitoring and Reporting on Teacher Performance -Regularly access and report on the performance of teacher staff to ensure high-quality education delivery.- Researching New Resources and Techniques - Continuously explore innovative resources and teaching techniques to enhance the quality of education provided by the School.- Providing Guidance and Counselling - Offer guidance and counselling to teachers to support their professional growth and well being.- Attending Education Conference - Attend conferences and seminars to stay updated on current trends and developments in education.- Providing Continuing Professional Development - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the professional competencies of teachers.- Advice on Education Manpower - Participate in the interview and hiring process for school personnel, ensuring a qualified and capable workforce.- Budget Forecasting and Management - Prepare forecast and budgets for the International School, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.- Reviewing and Implementing SOP's and School Policies - Oversee the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) school policies, and all relevant rules and regulations.- Marketing and CSR Programs - Provide guidance on Marketing Strategies and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to enhance the school's reputation and branding.- Demonstrated SOPs, School Policies, and Regulations Implementation: Showcase a proven ability to implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures, school policies and regulations effectively, ensuring a consistent and disciplined approach to school operations.Requirements:- Strong Academic background and teaching competency (Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education)- Proficiency in manpower planning and personnel management (Manpower Planning)- Experience in financial planning and budget management (Planning & Budget)- Demonstrated ability to implement SOPs, school policies, and regulations (Implementation on SOP)- Proven minimum 3 years experiences as a Principal in an International Educational Setting (Experience as Principal in International Scope)- Familiar with ICGSE education system.- Great Presentation, Communication Skills and Crisis Management.- Strong commitment and passion for education.- Highly motivated, responsible, compassionate and innovative.- Ability to coach and inspire.- Prepare Forecast and Budget of the International School.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
