Scriptwriter

Develop and research ideas for video.- Develops the technical skills of writing and maintaining originality to reflect the content of issues.- Uses literary skills to develop themes for appropriate scripts.- Develops scripts which are engaging, informative and topical.- Create an initial framework, or treatment, for screenplays.- Engages in research for informing and verifying factual content of written work.- Write or adapt a story into a script.- Works to tight deadlines, especially for video production.- Meet with Video Production Team to pitch screenplays and ideas.- Weave together visual elements in scenes with plot and dialogue.- Work with Chairman, Video Producers and Research Teams to edit and adjust the script as needed.- Rewrites and revises work (often several times) following feedback.- Participates in team meetings and status meetings actively and provide status updates to the Production Team, Manager and Chairman.- Performs voice-over duties for video productions.- Performs other duties as assigned.**Operation Hour**:Wednesday to Friday : 9.00 am - 6.00 pmSaturday to Sunday : 7.30 am - 6.00 pmMonday : 8.00 am - 12.00 pmTuesday : ClosedPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
