We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Delivery & Reporting- Responsible for clearly understanding the project objectives and ensuring that these are the foundations for delivery.- Leading the effective end to end delivery of the projects to agreed time, budget, scope and quality.- Managing, coordinating and reporting on performance of the projects to create clear visibility and transparency of delivery.- Ensuring the appropriate governance of the projects to ensure the right results are delivered through the agreed mechanisms and thresholds (including alignment to regional standards).- Handling and responsible for project documentation and invoices where necessary.Single Point of Contact- Single point of contact for your assigned projects working closely with all the all Project Managers, Transformation Business Partners and relevant business partners (e.g. Distribution, Operations / CE and Strategic Functions) as appropriate to take ownership for the end to end delivery.Benefit Realisation / Change Management & Innovation- Promoting a culture and understanding of project benefits, change management and innovation across your assigned projects and in all engagements with Business Partners.- Ensuring the individual project benefits are realized and that they are delivered on time and to budget.Interdependency Resolution- Taking proactive steps in interdependency management clearly demonstrating a "can do" approach.Job Specification:- Degree holder (any discipline).- Certified with PMP / APM / Prince2 / PMI.- Qualified in Agile project management would be an advantage.- At least 8-12 years of hands-on experience of managing delivering projects.- Proven experience in working within cross-functional team with demonstrated skills in planning and delivery.- Proved experience in proactively managing interdependencies.- Preferred experience within life insurance.- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information at different levels and with a team with talents of diverse backgrounds.- Exceptional skills in influencing and negotiation to constructively challenge status quo to achieve productive solutions / outcomes.- Exceptional critical problem solving and change management skills.
