Find your future with us.The SE Asia Supply Chain Production Support Specialist will be based in **Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**. He/she will be responsible for the execution of key projects under the Supply Chain Asia Business Development statement of work. The individual will lead internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and measurable results.**Position Responsibilities**:- Engage with external suppliers to identify capability gaps and training needs- Lead as the Boeing Subject Matter Expert or collaborate with other Boeing Subject Matter Experts to develop and deploy targeted training solutions onsite or virtually- Create and maintain web-based training in Learning Management System- Provide real time response to supplier production issues and questions using Boeing command media- Oversee execution of training projects (e.g. technical workshop) and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget completion- Communicate training effectiveness and other KPI's to management team- Implement continuous improvement plans to training and other statement of work- Execute work process in compliance with all applicable Boeing and country regulations- Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and peers.**Basic Qualifications**:- **Thorough knowledge of Boeing product standards and engineering drawing/models**:- Bachelor degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education (e.g. higher degree) and experience- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills- Ability to lead cross functional teams to develop comprehensive engineering solutions to production issues- Effective communication skills to convey technical knowledge in front of large audience**Preferred Qualifications**:- Engineering degree- Ability to identify capability gaps within supply chain and design appropriate mitigation strategies.**Relocation**:**Work Authorization**:Benefits and pay are determined in line with local labor market practices.
