Your RoleAs the Regional HR Manager, you will be independently responsible for handling compensation, employee relations, as well as processes related to onboarding, off boarding, and transfers.You will collaborate with departments at all levels to ensure all HR affairs comply with company policies and legal requirements.By actively participating in strategic planning and execution processes, you will play a key role in driving organizational growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage compensation administration, including employee salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, etc., ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of compensation.Handle employee relations issues and provide solutions, such as dispute mediation, performance improvement, and employee complaint resolution.Manage onboarding, offboarding, and transfer procedures, including document review, contract signing, paperwork processing, data recordkeeping, etc.Collaborate with managers at all levels, providing professional advice and guidance to support talent acquisition and performance management in business departments.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring effective implementation throughout the SEA region.Interpret relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of human resources, with familiarity in areas such as compensation management, employee relations, and labor laws.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and office software such as Microsoft Office.Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.(We are seeking a candidate who possesses proficiency in both languages to serve as a liaison for our primarily global Chinese diaspora and North American operations.)Work LocationLevels 15, Boutique Office 1(B01-C), Menara 2, KL Eco City , 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
