Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Secretary to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate Level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:1. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.2. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.3. Maintain office filing and storage systems.4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.6. Schedule appointments and meetings.7. Make travel and accommodation arrangements.8. Assist in organizing and maintaining office events.9. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.10. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong planning and time management skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
