Join in and feel the difference.- ** Responsible for all Direct employees related topics such as below**:- Partner with business leaders on hiring demands and needs,- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues,- Coaching and counseling managers and employees in all areas of performance management and process (performance improvement plans, annual appraisals, career pathing, timely feedback, conflict resolution),- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances,- Collaborate with internal and external legal advisor to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations,- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures,- ** Union Management**- Involved with collective agreement,- Liaised with Union work site committee and also National Union,- ** Responsible for RBA - Labor system**- Ensure compliance according to RBA criteria- ** Foreign workers management****Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- At least 15 years work experience as an Employee Relations personal or similar role- Have experience in Union Management- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills and negotiation skills**Additional Information**- Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc- Company Insurances and etc
