**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**Responsible for the protection of guests, members, employees and company's property; ensuring that the quality of work conforms to standards.**REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES****1. Security Maintenance**a. Controls the access of all areas in accordance to the standards set by the management.- Controls access to restricted areas.- Restricts guestrooms access to registered guests only.- Limits entry into Loading Docks to hotel / suppliers and outside contractors.- Restricts unauthorized personnel from public areas.b. Ensures the safety of guests and personnel within his area of responsibility.- Reports and investigates any suspicious characters within perimeter areas.- Takes charge of difficult situations like staff or guest / member disputes at or within the perimeter area.- Implements emergency procedures in case injury or sickness sustained by guests / members within the perimeter areas.c. Checks the property of the hotel, guests and associates.- Follows the standard procedures in dealing with lost items.- Monitor, checks and takes immediate action on staff taking out company's property from the hotel / building.- Liaise with the police for investigations of all criminal acts or activities within the resorts perimeter areas.- Checks all lights are put on / off according to set timing and to report immediately on fused bulbs to Engineering Department.d.
