Security Executive Officer

Ensure the protection of hotel property, guests, team members, and their properties.- Plan and coordinate security operations for day-to-day activities and specific events- Organize daily patrols and security checks throughout the hotels.- Select, assign, supervise, coordinate, review and evaluate the work of security staff- Consult with, advise and make recommendations with managers to ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements;- Responsible of OSHA function and ERT Team and activities.- Report and remove any potential accidents or fire hazards to the management.- Plan emergency procedures for fire and security as well as drills.- Conduct safety and fire prevention training for team members and advanced training for the safety and security team.- Advise staff on rules of conduct and exclusion process and alert the management to complex safety and security issues and offer solutions and courses of action;- Assist the PSB and Fire Control Bureau in investigating all criminal cases and fire accidents in the hotel, and organize security officers.- Work out security plans and organize a security team to ensure the safety of guests during VIP activities.- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the PSB, the Fire Control Bureau, and other relevant government organizations.- Maintain a good rapport with other departments and team members.- Ensure that reporting and servicing deadlines are met.- Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to the hotel's team member rules and regulations, as well as security and emergency policies and procedures.- Select, assign, supervise, coordinate, review and evaluate the work of security staff;- To handle all reports and complaints professionally.- Ensure all the safety and surveillance tools and equipment such as CCTV cameras are functioning well.- Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
