**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:**Surveillance and Monitoring**:Conduct regular patrols of the building premises to identify and address security risks.Monitor surveillance cameras to detect and respond to suspicious activities.Report any security breaches, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.**Access Control**:Control access to the building, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.Verify identification of visitors and issue visitor passes.Enforce access control policies and procedures.**Emergency Response**:Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents within the building.Take appropriate actions during fire alarms, security breaches, or medical emergencies.Coordinate with emergency services when necessary.**Communication**:Maintain effective communication with other security personnel, building management, and relevant stakeholders.Use two-way radios or other communication devices to report incidents and receive instructions.**Customer Service**:Provide assistance and directions to building occupants and visitors.Ensure a positive and professional interaction with the public.Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.**Incident Reporting**:Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting any security-related occurrences.Report incidents to the appropriate authorities and building management as required.**Equipment and Facility Checks**:Regularly inspect and test security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.Report any malfunctioning equipment and coordinate repairs.**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other security personnel to maintain a cohesive and effective security team.Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed on security protocols.**Qualifications**:- Minimum SPM and equivalent- Previous experience in security guard- Strong observational and communication skills.- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.- Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- Uniform provided.- Health and safety measures in place.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Security: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Malay, English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
