Security Officer

**Job Description - Security Officer, Metropolis Security****Operational Management**:- Take full responsibility for the overall security operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.- Supervise and coordinate the deployment and management of security personnel to meet client needs.- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.**Client Relationship Management**:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and address concerns.- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.- Conduct regular reviews with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of services.- Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents**Reporting**:- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on operational performance, client satisfaction, and sales achievements.- Analyses data and provide insights to improve continuous operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.**Preferred Qualifications**- Proven experience in security operations management and sales within the security industry.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems- Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems- Law enforcement experience- High school diploma or equivalentPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsExpected Start Date: 05/01/2024
