Security Supervisor

We recognize the difference you bring to our business, and together we share the pride of building THE logistics company for the world.Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results every day.**Responsibilities**:- Manage routine and complex inquiries and provide administrative support across departments and management- Maintaining the Security System (CCTV, Access System & IDAS)- To manage In-House and Outsource guard activities.- Conducting preliminary investigation into any breach of security and suspicious activity.- Conduct Criminal Vetting and Security Background Screening.- Filling, updating and organizing filling system (ISO, TAPA Documents)- Maintain and monitor internal controls and flow of document.- To produce weekly report on Guard Movement.- Read and compile security incident report and brief Security Executive on any imminent threat or breaching of Security Procedures.- To conduct Audit to achieve Department Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).- To assist to implement all Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) introduced by Investigation Team.- Conduct SAFE Training**Requirements**:- SPM/Diploma in related field- Preferably 1 year experience in Security field- Communication skills- Sound numerical skills- Adopt to changing priorities- Problem solving skills.- Basic Security knowledge- Customer focus- Comply with TAPA Freight Security Requirement (FSR) and TAPA Transport Security Requirement (TSR).- Ex Military/Police is an advantages.
