Position: Customer Service for Seller SupportLocation: Menara Public Bank 2, Jalan Raja Chulan**Salary**: RM2,400 (Have allowances)**Requirement**:- SPM, Diploma or Degree- Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions- Able to use data analytical skills to advise seller on business plan- Able to do objection handling, compile and escalate rejection cases for team analysis- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel: Filter) and data analytics- **Job Scope**:- Familiarize with tools and services, with the focus of communicating and encouraging sellers to adopt relevant tools and services to improve their performance.- Analyses sellers' business performance to support sellers with insights on tools adoption, relevant practices to improve business performance on said e-commerce platform. This includes understanding trends on seller's performance, practices on platform, and advise sellers accordingly on the best steps to gain advantage to achieve better performance.- Reach out and incubate 20-30 of seller a day via calls, WhatsApp conversations and other means applicable.- Build rapport with sellers and provide positive consultation experience with:- Friendly and professional support during calls & conversations.- Accountability & Ownership - calling back on time.- Adjusting to the sellers' pace and needs.- Escalating matters - in case business owners raises issues outside of scope and support.- Ensure daily & monthly targets are met.- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive seller experience.- Familiarize with e-commerce knowledge and market trends to devise business strategies.**Job Type**: Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonusApplication Question(s):- Did you fluent in speaking English?
