Senior Accounts Executive (Group Accounts & Budgets)

Job ResponsibilitiesTo handle full set of accounts.To prepare management accounts and reports (including statutory financial reports, tax computation, reporting package, cash flow statement, GST returns and related schedules).To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, suppliers as well as internal clients/other departments of the Berjaya Group of Companies.To prepare financial forecasts/projections.To analyze financial information and prepare discounted cash flow schedules using Excel to calculate various ratios, percentages, averages.In charge of petty cash and petty cash record.To read and summarize legal documents such as contracts.To perform any other ad hoc duties.RequirementsAcademic qualification: Degree (major in accounting/finance) or professional qualification in accounting.Knowledge: Required to know Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, any computerized accounting packages.Experience: Preferable to have at least 3 years of accounting and/or audit experience.
