Senior Advisor, Supply Chain Risk & Resilience

What you'll achieve you will influence the business strategies Dell put in place to deliver on our corporate security and resilience goals while protecting Dell's global supply chain by anticipating, understanding, and mitigating risks. This role offers the opportunity to expand one's scope within the Supply Chain Assurance organization and the ability to gain experience in supply chain operations as part of a career in Dell's risk and resilience efforts.You will:Oversee risk intelligence sources to enhance the security and resilience of our supply chain. This senior advisor role would have a supply chain background and be able to work cross-functionally within R&R (across teams), across Global Operations of the Supply Chain and beyond.Understand supply chain risk and bridge knowledge between the Integrity and Security team and the Intelligence and Resilience teamDevelop an understanding of supplier mapping, risk sensing, and traceability of the supply chainMaintain awareness of geopolitical risks, regulatory requirements, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirementsDevelop productive, mutually valued relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further R&R's business goals, including Global Operations and team members, ESG, Marketing, Communications, Government Affairs, Legal, and Product GroupBe responsible for communications to internal and external stakeholders on open-source information and the use of AI for driving efficienciesTake the first step toward your dream career.Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements Bachelor's and 5+ years relevant experience in project/program management, supply chain, compliance, or related field; or Master's degree and 3+ years relevant experience or related field; or equivalent experienceEffective written and verbal communication skills, particularly using powerpoint slides to influence executive audiencesDeep knowledge of collecting, curating, delivering open-source information on geopolitical issues that affect policy and trendsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management and interact effectively at all levels and across diverse culturesProblem-solving skills, organizational, project management and administrative skillsDesirable Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceAbility to build consensus and influence
