Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for supporting & analyzing customer data from various databases across ASEANExpected to write SQL / Python code to extract data from various databases, cleanse, validate, consolidate, and visualize dataPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with Marketing, Operation, and Technology to source the necessary data and understand the dataManage master data, including creation, updates, import, and exportReview and validate a wide range of SQL-based data across different databases and systemsDefine data performance, lifecycle and quality metrics and ensuring compliance with data related policies and standardsEnsure data quality issues are logged, tracked, and remedied in a timely and effective mannerEngage and execute the dashboards on Tableau / PowerBI, or similar visualization toolsPerform ad-hoc data analysis and present results in a clear mannerQualificationsDegree/ Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or equivalent quantitative fields3+ years' experience in business and data analyticsStrong in SQL to perform data querying and conducting data analysisExperience in handling large data sets and relational databasesUnderstanding of the ETL processesSolid knowledge in database standard and modelsKnowledge in Python will be an advantageExperience in Reporting tools (Tableau / PowerBI) will be an advantageFamiliarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodologiesStrong communication (spoken & written) skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionGood interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdditional Information
