Job DescriptionGOT CFA AnalystResponsibilitiesPosition is part of the Global Operations Central Finance Analytics group in support of automation and analytics initiativesCollaborate with finance leaders around the world to improve existing finance processes and to create and manage analytics solutionsSupported groups within Global Operations: Consolidation, Foundry, Backend, Inventory, Costing and ProcurementDesign, develop and implement time-saving process improvement projectsDevelop and implement advanced analytics using data transformation techniques and business intelligence tools with the goal of enabling new capabilitiesAssume an existing finance process with the initial goal of understanding it but with the goal of making it more efficientPresent progress read-outs and proposed solutions to stakeholders (finance leaders and process owners)Manage process documentations and workflow analysesQualificationsBachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, data science, or computer scienceMinor in accounting or at a minimum, completion of basic accounting courses requiredA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales, business operations, or marketingPast experiences of improving processes are requiredExperience with programming, process automation, or automated report building is nice-to-haveExperience with QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, RPA, Python or a similar BI tool is nice-to-haveExperience in building user-friendly reports/analytics preferredMaster's degree in data science, MBA or a related field is nice-to-haveExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders effectivelyA good track record of problem solving and implementing solutionsA good track record of learning new and complex processesHigh level of attention to detailFast paced and results drivenAbility to work in a team setting and contribute to large scale initiativesJob Req Type: ExperiencedRequired Travel: NoShift Type: Normal Time (Philippines)
