Senior Analyst, Trade Settlement

The applicant for this role will be part of supply and trade platform of a global leading oil and gas industry. The main purpose of this role manage settlements transactions and collaborating with major internal and external stakeholders.

Description
Ensuring completion of settlement activities on an accurate and timely manner. Identifying potential gaps or problems and implementing action plan to reduce the gaps. Managing assigned cases of Settlement disputes on a timely manner whilst adhering to the business's settlement policy. Building a strong relationship with key stakeholders as an initiative to maintain customer focus practice. Managing aged debt and daily cash funding. Practising continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to improve process automaton and efficiency. Profile
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Japanese language is compulsory. Solid understanding of Account Receivable and Payable settlement process. Experience in Oil and Gas/ Energy sector is an added advantage. Job Offer
