Senior Associate, Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist in developing product strategy (Beaty Merchandiser) to fit the entire year and in conjunction with seasonal and holiday events as well as developing optimum product-mix To negotiate with vendors and manage vendors To identify target segment and develop propositions to position products to the target segment Regularly conduct research and intelligence gathering to obtain information on the retail market, consumer trend, taste and preferences and to gather feedback from customers of home shopping channels REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Studies, Business Management, Economics or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in product planning or Sales and Marketing or assisting merchandising head in picking the right products or other related field is required for this position.
