Empaneling Process - Hospital Compile all hospital panel requests via e-mails from Provider Business Partner with Hospital Specialist Review Committee (HSRC) Approval and required documents Setup the newly appointed hospitals in G400 system and related subsystems Ensure TAT for empaneling process 14 Working Days (end to end process) Empaneling Process - Healthcare Facilities Compile all request via e-mails from Provider Business Partner with HOD Approval and required documents Setup the newly appointed hospitals in G400 system and related subsystems Ensure TAT for empaneling process 5 Working Days (end to end process) Recruiting Vendor and Supplier Create Provider Code based on request received via e-mail from HCM Team with supervisor approval – TAT 2 Working Days Update e-Payment Details in G400 system once received completed documents – TAT 2 Working Days Ensure end-to-end recruiting process – 7 Working Days Consultant and Provider Maintenance Handle termination process of terminated/closed down providers – TAT 2 Working Days Update changes on providers/consultant/payment/fee schedules details and consultant status in G400 system and related subsystems – TAT 2 Working Days Provider Portal Administration Create and reset pin number for hospitals – TAT 2 Working Days Create User ID and Password for e-LOG users from hospitals – TAT 2 Working Days System Maintenance Ensure all systems/applications related to provider maintenance are up as usual System Enhancement Support Prepare and execute UAT - ensure test scenarios adherence to project scope Identify, report and escalate of issues Produce deliverables test result within timeline given Prepare user manual on system enhancement when necessary Share with team members on the enhanced system GP Fees Schedule Charges/Service Code Setup Clean up in G400 system Identify any discrepancies in the setup Amend accordingly if applicable Enquiries Handling Respond to enquiries via e-mail from internal parties and external (providers) – TAT 2 Working Days Answer enquiries via phone from internal parties and external (providers) Administrative Tasks Submit request via ARIBA for stationaries and manual claim form purchase BCP coordinator Others Assist internal team as and when required Perform any other work tasks as and when required Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
