WHY JOIN US?We practice a vibrant & energetic office culture.We provide opportunities for career advancement within the company.Good performance is always rewarded accordingly.""JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:What you will do 1) Job Performance: Planning & Fieldwork , Reporting & Closing of Review:- a) Performs an evaluation of the risks and controls of each significant review area based on the systems recorded, and accordingly.b) Develops detailed audit programmes.c) Implements the audit and review programmes designed to evaluate and test the systems and controls for effectiveness, efficiency and reliability.d) Identifies areas of weakness arising from the systems and control evaluations in relation to the operations of information systems and makes recommendations for improvements in those areas.e) Documents observations and conclusions of the tests and gathers sufficient, relevant and reliable evidence to support the conclusions.f) Performs systems studies, investigations and special projects with the aim of improving controls and efficiencies in IS related areas.g) Discusses preliminary report findings with relevant personnel at the conclusion of audits.i) Prepares report to communicate findings to the auditee(s), senior management and the Executive/Audit Committee.j) Performs other work assignments issued by the Managers/departmental head from time to time.k) Monitors and observes time budgets and regularly updates superiors on the progress of each assignment.l) Performs follow-up assignments to monitor the progress and development of issues and areas of improvements raised.m) Participates in project under development. 2) Learning & Growth: a) Demonstrate awareness of emerging technologies and their applicability in providing security solutions, risk mitigation and control measures to the organisations.b) Effectively uses knowledge gained from previous engagements/experience. Who you are Degree in either business/ financial/accounting disciplines.Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in auditing either within the accounting profession and/or industry/commerce.Membership of Accountancy / professional body.Experience in the usage of MS Office applicationOral and written communication skills to be at a professional levelConversant in CAATs tools eg; ACL or IDEAAble to work independently and multi task and provide pro-active assistanceGood planning, organisational and communication skillsExcellent leadershipInnovative/sound problem solving skillsPosses sound judgementLateral thinking skillREQUIREMENTS:
